Any change to the Event will be communicated to you. We reserve the right to make any other amendment to the Event that we deem necessary in order to host the Event. It is the responsibility of the participant to familiarise themselves with the event terms and conditions.Įntry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and entries are NON-TRANSFERABLE. For all those who have their finisher t-shirt, we would encourage you to wear it on the day that you participate in the Vhi Virtual Women’s Mini Marathon. However, this will be dependent on early entry.

We aim for participants to have their finisher t-shirt in advance of the event. If you have not exercised before or for some time, you should consult your doctor before commencing your training for the Event. It is strongly recommended that you train for the Event. You must be in good health and physically prepared to take on the challenge. You must be 14 years of age or older to participate. Race days are from 9.30am on Saturday 3rd June to 9.30am on Monday 5th June 2023. Official entry dates are from 1st March 2023 to 15th May 2023. So, anyone who identifies as a woman is welcome to take part.
